Insurances accepted :  Aetna, Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Cigna, Coventry, Magellan, Optum, United Health Care,  Medicare and Tricare are accepted. For out of network insurance companies a receipt of service will be provided for you to file for reimbursement with your insurance company.  Co-pays and fees for sessions are expected at time of visit.  Insurance plans  and coverage varies. Please familiarize yourself with your benefits in terms of copay, deductible amount  and coinsurance. Please check with your insurance company prior to scheduling a visit to be sure Rachel Davis Silvers PMHNP is indeed in network with your company. 
As a courtesy you are encouraged to arrive on time for sessions and in cases of late arrivals the session will end at the scheduled time.  A fee will be charged for late cancels and no shows.
